Caroline Price
Caroline Price has enjoyed painting and drawing all her life. She and her husband, Will, live in Bozeman, MT. They have two sons, Jack and Luke, and the whole family enjoys fly fishing. The beautiful colors and patterns found in nature are her favorite subjects. She paints watercolor fly fishing flies and trout and sells them as notecards and framed prints. Caroline paints the fish from photographs taken in the few seconds before the fish is released back in the river.
Every fish is unique, depending on their habitat and diet. The drips of color in her trout watercolor prints reflect the watery world of the trout and highlight their bright colors. Her primary mediums are watercolor, pastel, and pencil. Her website is www.carolinepriceart.com. Check out her notecards and art for sale at Heyday, Cello, Dan Bailey’s in Livingston, the Sage Lodge in Paradise Valley, Thistle Creek in Big Timber, and the Madison River Fishing Company in Ennis, MT.
