The SLAM Board of Directors is composed of involved individuals, from diverse backgrounds, with vision and commitment, who are willing to work cooperatively and effectively by contributing their talents and resources for the good of the organization.

Volunteer at summer SLAM festival

Volunteering is a great way to be part of the fun at SLAM events! SLAM hosts some of Bozeman’s most vibrant community events that celebrate and support Montana’s creative community. There are a variety of volunteer opportunities to suit your interests at any of the SLAM events.

Sponsor SLAM

Throughout the year, SLAM hosts events to showcase local artists and musicians. These events offer a unique opportunity for community members to interact directly with local talent and learn about their specialties. Large and small, SLAM’s festivals and intimate gatherings generate funding for our scholarship and grant programs and community art installations.

Apply for a scholarship or grant

The SLAM Scholarship Fund is available to residents of the state of Montana interested in pursuing artistic endeavors. 

These endeavors could encompass a wide range of opportunities, including, but not limited to: camps, lessons, workshops, higher education, residencies, and community art projects.
