I grew up in Rochester, NY. My mother, an artist and innovator, taught me to make 'something from nothing' and the value of filling void with beauty. I studied Photojournalism in Omaha and focused on combining Art, Journalism, and Sociology.
I traveled with only a backpack. I traveled again.
I collected jewelry.
I found home in the mountains and began to explore and appreciate copper as a grounding and dynamic medium.
Connecting with other artists has been essential for my creative evolution.
For me, creating is my mind dancing with my soul. I expand. My world expands. My mind is color.
