Penny has studied art with accomplished teachers in Australia, in Austin and in Bozeman. She designs and makes one-of-a-kind jewelry of natural materials, semi-precious stones and pearls, composing with an artist’s trained eye. She divides her time mostly between Austin TX and Bozeman MT.

​ She finds inspiration for painting in varied landscapes and the natural beauty of plants, birds and animals. A recent focus is musician portraits including Willie Nelson, Elton John, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Janis Joplin and Dolly Parton. Samples of her work are on the website AustinNaturaJewelry.com and she sells in Texas, Montana and Perth, Australia where she has family. ​
